Breath is the gateway of connecting our minds and body. Our body is our gross form, the mind and the soul are our spiritual forms, and the link between our gross and spiritual forms is our breath. The moment a person understands this and achieves control over his breath and becomes aware of it, his real spiritual journey begins. Breath meditation is also known as mindfulness meditation as it enhances our levels of consciousness and mindfulness.
Mastering breath meditation with just one technique is an impossible task which is why we have divided our curriculum into 7 different steps wherein you will learn different techniques to master breath meditation and get a deeper understanding and knowledge of this important branch of meditation.

Level 1
This beginner-friendly level which requires no prior meditation knowledge. You'll learn to center yourself by focusing on your breath, laying a solid foundation for your practice.
Level 2
We dive deeper into meditation as you focus on the sensations at the tip of your nose and other subtle sensations of your body. This level builds on the skills learned in Level 1, advancing your practice
Level 3
Explore the connection between your breath and inner energy. This level enhances your understanding of prana and helps you gain mastery over its circulation in the body.
Level 4
Learn to observe and harness prana, the subtle energy within you, through focused meditation. In this level you learn to deepen your practice and awareness.
Level 5
Expand your meditation practice to include your hands, deepening the mind-body connection. This level enhances your ability to channel and concentrate energy.
Level 6
Ground yourself and find balance by extending your awareness to your legs. Through this level you learn to strengthen your connection to the earth element and stability
Level 7
Experience the unity of body, mind, and breath by extending your awareness to your entire body. This advanced level solidifies your mastery of breath meditation.
